Peel and dice the onion and chop the garlic cloves.
Mix the minced meat in a bowl with the egg, onion, garlic, salt, bell pepper, paprika powder, mustard, chopped parsley and, if desired, a little chili.
Form rolls of the mixture with a diameter of about 3 cm and cut into pieces.
Fry the cevapcici in olive oil until crispy on all sides.
Arrange and serve.
