Instructions:

Peel small onion, wash and chop finely.

Put the minced meat in a bowl and knead well with the onion, breadcrumbs, egg, caraway seeds, salt, pepper and paprika powder (hot or sweet to taste). Cover and let stand for 30 minutes.

Form 6 rolls from the meat mixture with moistened hands and wrap each roll with bacon.

Heat vegetable oil or clarified butter in a frying pan.

Place the cevapcici in the pan with the bacon seam facing down and fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes on all sides.

Remove and drain on paper towels.
