For the chanterelles on spinach tagliatelle, first clean the chanterelles and chop them up a bit. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan.

When the fat has rendered, sauté the finely chopped onion in it until translucent. Cut the garlic clove into small pieces, press it and add it. Cut the bell bell pepper into small pieces and fry it as well.

Then add the chanterelle mushrooms, salt and pepper. Simmer until the juice has pretty much evaporated. In the meantime, cook the spinach tagliatelle.
