Cut the sausages into 5 mm thick slices. Pierce the Allgäuer Bergkäse in ditto on the spot large circles and pile up in connection with the sausage slices alternately to a tower. Place a fresh mayoran bread in between.
Slightly freeze the bacon and then cut it into very thin slices with a sharp kitchen knife or possibly on a slicing machine.
Use them to make the turrets, pin them together with a wooden stick and grill them.
