Instructions:

Wash, dry and finely chop the sage leaves. Prepare a wine dough from the ingredients listed and let it stand for 1 hour. Add the finely chopped sage to the wine dough. Cut the cheese into small cubes, fold into the dough and fry briefly in hot oil (170-180 °C). Drain well on kitchen paper.
