Press the garlic cloves through a press and fry them in the olive oil, or fry them whole in the olive oil and take them out (then the garlic taste will not be as strong). Add the whipping cream and bring to the boil briefly. Add the feta cheese and let it slowly melt. The sauce will thicken. When the desired consistency is reached, add the herbs.

You can pour the sauce over the tortellini. You can also bake it on top (delicious!). If you want, you can also add a little bit of paradeis pulp or strained paradeis.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – they also have a fresh taste!
