Cut the meat into cubes and pass 4 times through the meat grinder (fine slice). Add the spices and knead into a smooth dough, adding milk by the spoonful.

Cut the cheese into cubes and mix with the dough. Then stuff the mixture into narrow casings.

Leave to soak briefly in boiling water.

Now grill the cheese sausages directly or fry them in a frying pan.
