Rinse fruit and remove pits from cherries. Boil with water, sugar and lemon zest and make at low temperature with lid closed for 5 to 10 min.

Mix maizena (cornstarch) with cold water, add to fruit form, mix well and bring to boil repeatedly. Mix in juice of one lemon, cool cold dish.
