Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Mix yeast with water, let rise for 15 min. Then knead with flour, the room-warm egg, the lukewarm melted sugar, butter, salt and water to a dough. Knead until it is elastic and no longer sticks to your hands.

Cover and let it rise for about half an hour until it doubles in size. Then form a long roll from the dough, divide it into pieces (the number indicated above) on the spot.

Pit cherries, fill with small marzipan balls. Flatten each piece of dough, shape a cherry in the center, fold in.

Fill a gratin dish with melted butter (1). Turn each tube noodle briefly in it to the other side. Place the tubular noodles close together in the mold. Bake for another 15 minutes. Bake for 25 minutes.

For the sauce, heat sugar and juice of one lemon until sugar turns brown. Cool a little while stirring. Fold in milk.

Stir starch flour with whipped cream, add to the sauce. Bring to the boil and leave to cool.
