Instructions:

For the cherry jam, wash the cherries and remove the pits. Heat the thick juice with the cherries in a saucepan and simmer gently. Add agar-agar, continue to simmer. Mix in rum and lemon juice (or acid) to taste. Blend the mixture with a hand blender. While still hot, pour into jam jars, cover and turn upside down.
