A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Sift the flour into a suitable bowl and press a bulge in the center. Pour in the egg yolks, salt and a little milk and stir to a firm paste. Stir with the remaining milk to a thick paste, flavor with cherry brandy. Last but not least, stir in the stiff snow. Let the dough rest and bake medium sized, light yellow pancakes in the butter one after the other and keep them warm.

Stir the slightly warmed jam with kirsch. Spread it on the pancakes, roll them up and place them on a buttered and preheated ovenproof plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and glaze briefly under the broiler. Roast the almond kernels until light yellow and spread evenly on top. Variations: Apple pancakes: Calvados, apple jelly and hazelnuts. Raspberry pancakes: raspberry brandy, raspberry jam and pistachios. Orange pancakes: sesame seeds, orange marmalade, orange water.
