Instructions:

Cut meat into thin strips, onion into fine cubes, crush garlic clove, mix the whole with soy sauce, juice of one lemon, oil, salt and sambal and marinate for about 30 minutes. Soak glass noodles in cold water according to instructions. Cook the meat in an open glass or porcelain container for 5 to 6 minutes at 600 watts. Drain the glass noodles and Chinese vegetables, add to the meat, mix well and cook for 5 to 6 minutes at 600 watts with the lid closed.
