A bean recipe for every taste:

Cut meat into narrow strips. Stir soy sauce with China spice, egg, sugar and corn starch, marinate meat in it for 1 to 2 hours. Cut peppers into cubes, leek into rings and cabbage into strips. Heat a little oil in a wok, stir-fry peppers, cabbage and soy bean sprouts for 1 to 2 minutes, remove and keep warm. Prepare a sauce from the ingredients listed. Heat oil again and fry meat with marinade in it.

Add leek and roast. Add vegetables and sauce, heat and reduce the sauce a little on low heat.

Garnish: Baguette or long grain rice, endive salad.
