Chicken curry with bamboo strips Gäng Kiau Wan

Preparation approx. 25 min.

Cut chicken breast into strips. Drain bamboo shoots. Take 5 tbsp coconut milk from the thicker part and boil in a saucepan. Mix in curry paste and make one minute. Add bamboo, fish sauce, chicken, sugar, the remaining coconut milk and a tiny bit of water. All gently simmer at low temperature for about ten minutes.
