For the chicken curry, season the chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, curry and ginger. Fry briefly on both sides in butter. Add the finely diced onion and sauté until translucent.

Add the peeled and also finely diced apples and the pineapple pieces. Simmer on low heat for about half an hour.

Remove the chicken cutlets and keep warm. Pour whipping cream over the onion-apple-pineapple mixture. Bring to the boil briefly, season with salt, pepper, curry and ginger.

Allow the meat to marinate in the sauce for a short time. Serve and garnish with pineapple. Rice is a good side dish.
