A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Cut the breast fillet into fine strips, season with pepper and salt, chop the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces, dice the onions. Fry the chicken strips in hot oil, remove and set aside. Add the butter to the frying fat, sauté the onion cubes until translucent. Add mushrooms and tarragon and sauté heartily. Extinguish with sherry. Pour in whipping cream and cook over medium heat. Add the chicken strips, fold in the mustard and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve with a green leaf salad and a fresh baguette.
