Instructions:

Cut the chicken breasts into very fine strips. Heat the oil on medium heat, fry the chicken strips, onions and garlic clove, add the chopped vegetables and fill with water.

Sauté everything on low heat for about 20 minutes.

Then season with the bread liquor, the syrup, the fermenting grain, the salt, the paprika as well as the curry and stir well.

Fill the goulash into a casserole dish and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.

Tip: The flesh of young, small zucchini is much more tender than that of larger ones.
