Instructions:

the chicken in the crockpot form and cover with water. Add the celery, carrot, onion and salt. Add cloves, bay spice, parsley and thyme in a muslin bag to the crockpot . Cover and simmer on Low 7-9 hours.

Melt the butter in a medium sized casserole. Sweat the flour in it on low heat for a few minutes. Deglaze with the clear soup, stirring, and simmer until set. Add pepper, parsley, salt and whipped cream.

Remove the chicken from the pot, cut it into pieces and serve with the sauce.
