Instructions:

For the chicken in white wine sauce, salt and pepper the chicken on both sides. Fry briefly in melted butter. Remove from the fat.

Fry finely diced bacon in the drippings until translucent, add finely diced onion and sauté.

Extinguish with white wine, water or soup. Add meat and steam until tender, about 30 minutes. When tender, remove from pan and keep warm.

Whisk flour with coffee cream or milk and thicken sauce with it. Add processed cheese and simmer until cheese is melted.

Season with salt and nutmeg and add the meat.
