A pie recipe for all foodies:

Remove skin from chicken legs, rinse and dry. Mix eggs, season with salt and season with pepper.

Form chips in a freezer bag, crush with a cake roller, then mix with the bread flour.

Turn the drumsticks in the flour to the other side, then in the eggs, finally in the chips mixture.

Cook drumsticks on a plate at 600watts on both sides for 5 min each.

Before serving, be sure to stand 3-5 min to crisp the crust repeatedly.

Serve with green leaf salad with mushrooms.
