For the chicken legs with mushrooms, first peel and halve the garlic cloves. Pluck the rosemary. Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Marinate the chicken legs in it for at least 2 hours.

Carefully clean the mushrooms with a brush if necessary and halve or quarter them, depending on their size.

Cut the bacon into strips and fry without further fat.

Remove the chicken drumsticks from the marinade and drain. Add to the bacon and sear on all sides. Pour in the marinade and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes until tender. After 10 minutes, add the mushrooms.

Then remove the lid and let the sauce reduce a little more.

Serve the chicken legs with mushrooms.
