Instructions:

Parry the chicken pieces. Mix the spices together with chili, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Add 2 tbsp. oei and prepare into a paste. Rub it on the chicken pieces and leave for at least 1 hour. Place the meat in an ovenproof dish, brush with oil and roast in the oven at 180 °C for about 45 min. Place on a serving platter and garnish with tomato and lemon wedges. Serve with rodi and yellow long grain rice.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
