Cut the chicken meat into very thin strips.

For the marinade, finely dice the garlic and mix with sambal oelek and soy sauce. The chicken strips in the marinade form and about

60 min. Optionally, fine mango cubes can be added to the marinade.

Carve the Chinese cabbage into individual leaves, if necessary flatten or cut out the midrib a little bit. Rinse the cabbage, drain well and cut into wide strips. Loosely mix the Chinese cabbage with the chicken strips, evenly distribute in the insert and steam.

Lightly toast sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.

At the end of the cooking time, loosen the poultry a little, sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds and drizzle with a little sesame oil.
