Instructions:

For the chicken skewers in basil leaves, first prepare the potato salad. Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water until soft, peel and cut into thin slices.

Cut the onion into small cubes. Boil sugar together with onion cubes, chicken soup, salt and vinegar once, pour over warm potatoes and stir carefully.

Let stand for about 15 minutes, then mix with the sour cream. Season again with salt, sugar and pepper and mix in the herbs.

For the skewers, cut the chicken fillets into smaller cubes and mix with the pumpkin seed oil and chopped pumpkin seeds. Roll the meat cubes in basil leaves and put 3-4 pieces on a skewer.

Fry the chicken skewers in basil leaves in a hot pan with a little oil for 1 minute on each side, then finish in the preheated oven at 160°C for about 5 minutes.
