Boil water with clear chicken broth, add chicken shanks. Clean cauliflower, rinse, cut into roses. Clean cabbage, rinse, cut into quarters. Add cauliflower and cabbage with the other vegetables to the chicken thighs form. Make on mild heat for about 35 min. Arrange in a large baking dish and bring to the table sprinkled with plenty of parsley.

It goes well with long-grain rice.
