For the chicken wraps, preheat the oven to 150 °C (convection oven). Cut the onion and the bell pepper into small cubes. Wash the chicken, pat dry and cut into 2 cm cubes. Warm the wraps in the oven.

Add oil to the pan and then saute the onion until translucent. Then add the bell bell pepper and fry briefly. Then mix in the chicken and fry again briefly, hot. Reduce the heat and continue cooking the meat. Season with paprika powder, salt, pepper and sambal oelek.

Remove the wraps from the oven. Center with the chicken mixture and chopped lettuce, then fold on three sides to create a pocket.

Plate the chicken wraps and serve with the blended plain yogurt and chili sauce (I always artfully add it over the wraps).
