For the chicory fruit salad, wash the chicory, pat dry and cut in half. Cut off the top tips of the leaves, cut out the stalk in a wedge shape and cut into fine slices. Cut the turkey breast into fine strips and mix with the chicory.3 Peel the oranges until thick enough to remove the white skin, cut out the fruit fillets and add to the chicory, reserving the juice. Peel bananas, cut into slices and mix into the chicory fruit salad. Squeeze last orange. Blend brunch and yogurt until smooth, mix with orange and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

Pour dressing over chicory fruit salad. Coarsely chop walnuts and sprinkle on top. Chill for about 1 hour before serving.
