Instructions:

Clean and rinse the chicory. Cut out the bitter inside in a wedge shape.

Cut the rest into narrow strips.

Peel and finely dice the onions. Rinse and clean the bell bell pepper, cut into thin strips. Heat the oil in a wok or possibly in a frying pan. Sauté the onion cubes in it until translucent. Add the bell pepper strips and sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring. Season with curry powder and soy sauce.

Add chicory and sauté for about 5 minutes while stirring. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the Greenland prawns and heat briefly. Finally add the mango chutney.

Serve with long grain rice.
