Preparation (about 25 min):

Remove the skin from the garlic clove and cut into small cubes. Mix meat cubes with cumin, garlic, cocoa powder, a few chili flakes and a little bit of olive oil and marinate for a few hours. Dice onions and bell bell pepper. Cut chili pepper lengthwise, scrape out seeds and cut pepper into small rolls.

Brown meat together with onion cubes in hot olive oil, add paradeis pulp, brown*, then extinguish with clear soup and let it bubble up. Next, add a little chopped oregano, the diced peppers and chili rolls, simmer briefly on low heat, season with salt and pepper to taste. Then add the beans and honey and simmer. Serve chili con carne in deep plates and garnish with oregano.
