For the chili shrimp skewers, whisk together the sauce, lime juice, cilantro and crushed garlic.

Set aside half of the sauce, which will be used for dipping later. Wash and clean the shrimp and place in the remaining sauce for about 20 min to marinate. Then put the shrimp one by one on the skewers and cook on the grill for about 3 min.

Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges and serve with the sauce.
