Instructions:

Clean the Chinese cabbage, cut out the stalk, put the leaves on top of each other and cut into 3 cm cubes.

Heat the wok with the peanut oil, add the ginger and garlic, sauté briefly, then add the Chinese cabbage and shrimp with the sugar.

Extinguish with rice vinegar and soy sauce, cook for 1 minute and serve. Cut the coriander stalks into 2 cm long pieces and sprinkle on top.
