Saute the finely chopped onions in the butter until soft, then add the bamboo strips, peppers and mushrooms. Extinguish with 5 l of strong chicken soup. Let the soup boil and mix in the turkey meat. Simmer gently for at least 1 hour. Mix the eggs with the milk and the whipped cream and beat in a bain-marie. Cut into small pieces and stir into the soup. Fold in the paradeis pulp and season with the remaining ingredients. Bubble up after each addition. Finally, thicken slightly with the dissolved cornstarch.

Serve sprinkled with sliced scallions.
