Instructions:

First, grease the cups and flour them if necessary.

If the cup cake is not made in the microwave but in the oven, preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Peel and mash the banana. Add lemon juice so that the banana does not turn brown.

Beat the egg. Add sunflower oil and egg and mix preferably with a mixer. Then add the yogurt. Add raw cane sugar and salt.

Mix flour and baking powder and fold into the mixture. At the very end, mix in the chocolate so that it is evenly distributed in the batter.

Pour the mixture into the cups about half full. Either microwave them individually for about 2 minutes (on the highest setting or 800 watts) or bake them on the middle rack of the oven for 25-30 minutes.

In the meantime, whip the whipped cream with vanilla sugar until stiff.

After the chocolate banana cupcakes have cooled a bit, decorate with whipped cream and chocolate chips and serve.
