For the Chocolate Banana Temari Frushi, peel the banana, cut in half lengthwise and slice into half-moons the thickness of a finger.

Use a peeler to shave off small pieces of the chocolate. Alternatively, grate it with a grater or food processor.

Place a piece of plastic wrap in your hand and spread a palm-sized layer of rice on top.

Place a piece of banana in the center.

Pull the corners of the plastic wrap together so that the filling is completely enclosed. Twist the foil together and form a ball.

Twist the foil apart, remove the ball and roll it in the chocolate flakes.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Arrange the chocolate banana temari frushi and serve.
