For the chocolate coconut cupcake, first beat the eggs, sugar and sour cream until frothy. Then stir in the coconut sprinkles, cocoa and oil.

Mix the packet of baking powder with the flour and then add to the mixture together with the vanillin. Continue to stir the whole mass well and subsequently pour it into a cake pan covered with flour.

Now the cake pan for about 60 minutes at 150 degrees hot air in the oven and ready is the good piece. After the cake has cooled down, you can sprinkle it with sugar.
