For the chocolate coconut cupcake, beat yolks with sugar until foamy. Stir in melted chocolate, vanilla sugar, sour cream and oil.

Mix flour with coconut and baking powder and fold into the mixture alternately with beaten egg whites.

Pour into a greased mold sprinkled with coconut and bake at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes.
