For the chocolate cubes, beat egg whites and sugar with a pinch of salt until stiff. Beat yolks with butter and powdered sugar until light creamy.

Melt the chocolate carefully and add to the butter mixture, not too warm. Fold the beaten egg whites alternately with the flour into the chocolate mixture. Preheat the oven to 170 °C.

Line a square baking pan with baking paper, pour in batter, smooth out, bake for about 40 minutes. When cooled, cut into 3 pieces, spread with jam and place on top of each other, pressing down a little.

Cut into exact cubes. Heat chocolate glaze and glaze the cubes with it.
