For the chocolate-nut-apple cake, first peel apples and grate finely.
Separate the eggs and beat the snow. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks. Mix in nuts, chocolate and apples. Mix flour with baking powder and fold in with beaten egg whites.
Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake at 160 °C top/bottom heat for about one hour.
Allow chocolate-nut-apple cake to cool and decorate to taste.
