For the chocolate nut ring cake, prepare a rubbing of the butter, eggs and sugar. Fold in the nuts, chocolate, flour and baking powder and fill into a buttered and floured cake pan.

Bake the chocolate nut gugelhupf at 180 °C for approx. 50 minutes.
