For the chocolate pastry, roll out the puff pastry, cut into 16 pieces, cut the chocolate into small pieces (approx. 5 g). Place the chocolate piece on one half of the puff pastry, fold the second half over it and press the edges first with your finger and then with a small fork.

Whisk the egg, brush the pastries with it and then sprinkle the almond flakes on top. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
