For the chocolate pine cones, first sort out chocolate cornflakes, saving only individual, rather flat ones.

Mix peanut butter, nougat cream, butter and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl with a mixer to form a paste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Then, using 1 tablespoon, separate some of the chocolate paste and form 1 cone around each 1 salt stick (or two thin ones). Place all the cones on a plate lined with baking paper and chill again in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Remove one cone at a time from the freezer and attach cornflakes from bottom to top. Form the top with more curved cornflakes. Refrigerate the finished pine cone until ready to serve. Repeat the process with the remaining pine cones.

Dust chocolate pine cones with powdered sugar just before serving.
