For the chocolate pretzels, prepare a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients and knead it well. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Shape the dough into pretzels and bake in the oven until done.

Melt the chocolate over a water bath and dip the pretzels in it. Place on a paper and sprinkle with colored sugar. Refrigerate the finished chocolate pretzels once again.
