Instructions:

Boil water and plums briefly, pour in the tea bags and steep for 5 min. Remove the tea bags and whisk all the liquid. Add the cinnamon sticks and cloves (in a tea egg). Add the remaining ingredients as well. Do not let it boil any more, just warm it at a low temperature. (keep warm) Tip: It goes well with Christmas cookies, of course, and exceptionally with Kletzenbrot.
