A simple but delicious cake recipe:

For the dough, mix all the ingredients together and place in a greased baking tray, raising the edges.

For the filling, bring must to a boil, add sugar and scraped vanilla pulp. Melt the cornstarch in a little cold water and add to the must, bring to the boil. When the pudding is creamy, cool.

Slice apples and spread evenly on the dough. Form the pudding mixture on top. Bake for approx. 60 min at max. 175 °C.

Now put the cake to cool. Spread the stiff whipped cream on the well cooled cake, decorate with the cocoa powder.
