Instructions:

Prepare the water bath (Jena glass dish or high baking tray half filled with water), preheat the oven to 180 °C, spread the ramekins (Dariolfoermchen) with light butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Separate the eggs, whip the egg whites to egg whites, mix the butter, sugar and yolks until creamy.

Grate the zest from the orange and squeeze out the juice. Mash the banana with a fork to a soft pulp and add to the yolk-butter-sugar mixture with the coconut, orange zest and juice, milk and flour.
