For the coconut balls, mix the coconut flakes, nuts and chocolate coating briefly, then gradually stir in the whipped cream. It is better to use a little less at first and then add a spoonful or two, otherwise the mixture will be too sticky.

Stir the mixture well so that it sticks together nicely. Then cut off about 10 g of the mixture and form into balls. Then put them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Then melt the dark chocolate coating with coconut oil and mix well. Allow to cool slightly.

Skewer the well chilled balls with a toothpick and dip them in the chocolate coating. After dunking, place the coconut balls on a plate covered with baking paper (or aluminum foil) or on a draining rack and allow to harden for at least 20 minutes.
