A cake recipe for all foodies:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place 10 paper baking cups on a baking tray. Put the light butter or possibly butter in a suitable bowl and stir until creamy. Add the coconut flakes and the orange zest and fold in. Whip the egg whites in a high baking bowl until stiff peaks form, adding the salt and gradually the sugar. Place the snow on top of the coconut mixture and fold it in loosely. Divide the mixture evenly into the paper baking cups. Place the baking tray on the middle shelf of the stove and bake the tartlets for about 12 minutes. The tartlets taste best fresh, but can also be kept loosely covered with foil for a day.
