For the coconut punch cake, separate the eggs. Beat the butter with the sugar and the egg yolks until fluffy. Separately, beat the egg whites until not too stiff.

Stir the flour sifted with the baking powder, the coconut flakes and the coconut milk into the egg yolk mixture. Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites.

Pour into a buttered and floured baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 40 minutes.

Then turn out of the mold. Brush with the liquid Manner punch icing and sprinkle with coconut flakes.

Serve the coconut punch cake.
