Instructions:

Clean the cabbage and cut into thin strips. Cook in a little water and drain well.

Make potatoes in their skins, peel and mash. Spring onions putezn and cut into fine rings. Place in a saucepan with the whipping cream and simmer on low heat for five minutes. Gradually stir the onion cream into the mashed potatoes. Fold in the cabbage and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Before serving, press a hollow in the center and pour the melted butter into the bulge.
