Instructions:

Boil the water. Put coffee powder, chopped chocolate and sugar in a jug. Pour hot water over it and stir the drink well.

Place the jug in a cold water bath to cool and then in the refrigerator for two or three hours.

Pour the coffee into glasses and put a cap of whipped cream on it with a tablespoon. Sprinkle this with cinnamon and serve the drink with a Trinkroehrli.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result will taste!
